Sourcing the product I needed was proving difficult especially in quantity and delivery to Scotland. Building Materials Nationwide could supply and deliver exactly what I wanted and at a very competitive cost. Three days after confirming order the materials arrived. Even the truck driver was very helpful in getting the materials craned to where we wanted them. Communication was excellent from the start with updates from the sales team. Overall the process was easy and efficient which is a refreshing and pleasurable experience, difficult to find these days. Definitely recommend and will use again.

I've ordered a number of times from these guys for a big treehouse project. They are easy to get hold of on the phone and have been really helpful and gone above and beyond in their service. I even missorderd and they came and replaced the fence posts with another set of the right size - they didn't even charge me! Really impressed.

I have only received 2% of the order so far. It seems a bit premature to ask for a review. I have received the mortar additive but not the cement, sand or bricks.

Having ordered a particular brand of hay fork I received notification to the effect that the item was no longer available from stock or suppliers I was offered other choices. I requested refund action which was dealt with promptly and returned to me very quickly. My thanks for excellent customer service to Tilly who dealt with my order/refund.

I would stress that you should shop around and do you home work price wise before ordering from building materials.co.uk My order was delivered by Huws Gray. Ordering directly from them and cutting out the middle man would have saved £65 of the 800+ cost. I queried this point via email with the team but received no response or acknowledgement.
