was going to buy it, but they add TAX on delivery, which adds extra money at the end. VAT should be only added on the item, NOT the delivery. P.S. I never seen anyone change the VAT on delivery. I always order online. Some companies just take advantage of situation.

I used Building Materials for the first time to order insulation materials. It was easy to place my order online and emails promptly followed to confirm. I was kept updated prior to delivery and told the time for the delivery date. I needed the materials to complete a job and received them as required.

I live in a very rural part of Wales and wasn't sure who to use for my required 7 Tonne of aggregate, a local farmer recommended BMN who I hadn't used before but can now count on me as a happy new customer. These guys were great order placed over the phone with special instruction as to when I would be at the property. Delivered spot on, with nothing to much trouble for the delivery driver. A great set up run by a great team, well done guys.

I have recieved no product. I have no delivery date. I have recieved an absurd request to provide a photograph of my driving licence. I am promised phone calls which are never received. It looks like I will have to recover my money through my credit card company. I would never even consider ordering from them again.

Dealt with Pam when ordering some ceiling channel and she sourced it from a company near me so I did not have to wait for delivery, It only took 2 hours from order to my collection which is super fast these days, Pam was so helpful with my order and would definitely recommend this company.
