Brilliant service, fantastic throughout. Called check delivery times and Wyatt was very helpful and organised the delivery which arrived bang on time. Material arrived A1 condition as ordered.

Weeks after my order and having been promised delivery twice I’ve still received nothing of a £600 order of plasterboard and insulation slabs. Clearly I can’t recommend this company.

The most competitive price I could find on timber, including delivery. I had a specific set of dates that I was available for delivery, which they managed to accommodate. In fact delivery was less than a week from placing the order. Great service. I received a call from Wyatt stating that the exact lengths were not available, but that they could supply longer lengths, at the same price, so as not to delay delivery. More great service! After placing my order I had a look into the delivery section on the website and realized my delivery would be arriving either Thurs/Fri, this posed an issue due to me not being available until mid afternoon Friday so sent an email to the general mailbox. This was picked up by Dominique Longworth who then emailed me to let me know my issue was being looked into and that she would be in touch, Dominique then proceeded to liaise with their suppliers and called me to confirm that delivery could be arranged for the time slot that I would be available, amazing customer support work and so far i'd highly recommend.

At the time of writing I haven't yet received my materials but the care and attention shown by George Brown at Building Materials Nationwide in regards to my order has been fantastic. I required a selection of materials to be arranged for delivery to a work site with some specific delivery requirements and George picked up my e-mail request almost immediately and over the few days following the order being palced has contacted me several times to keep me updated re delivery details. So far I can't fault the customer service, and I'm fairly sure that the quality of the materials and the delivery won't let me down.
