My experience with Builders Risk was great. Jim Kocchiu was my customer service rep and he was wonderful. I called and emailed 3 companies asking for info on a builders risk ins policy. Jim was the only one who called me back. We talked and he sent over a quote for me to take a look at and then he checked back with me the next day. He wasn't pushy, he was just helpful. I had no idea what I needed but he walked me thru the process and I have a policy now and at a great price. Thank you Jim for being so kind and helpful.
