Do not recommend!
Almost impossible to contact customer service by phone. Emails will get an answer after couple of days. Missing item in the delivery took another week to arrive. Over £40 for delivery and very bad experience. Do not recommend!

I’m not happy with how long it has…
I’m not happy with how long it has taken to deliver my product. Ordered it Saturday the 14th of September with next day deliver. ( I had factored in the next day being a Sunday) Had my hopes hight for Monday and would of taken Tuesday but to still not be in possession of my product on the Friday (20th) is not on and bear in mind I paid for next day delivery.

Terrible Customer Service
Order coping stones over 4 weeks ago. Was told a 3-4 week. I had to chase for an update and promised call backs with an update which never happened. I ended up contracting the manufacturer directly. Communication should be a lot clearer and promises to call back should be honoured.

Bird Cowl good quality and delivered on time
The chimney bird cowl was easy to order and delivered on time. The notifications about dispatch and delivery were very helpful as we needed it whilst builders were here. Very good service. I definitely recommend this company.
