Poor Communication
I ordered online and 2 days later was informed there had been a mistake, there was no stock so a refund would be issued. I then ordered from elsewhere only to be told the next day to expect a delivery! I tried calling back but was hung up on so sent a message to be told not to worry they would recall the delivery and issue a refund. Lo & behold the delivery of the item I was told was out of stock turned up today. Not an ideal scenario for my 1st purchase from the website
