Untrue that items are in stock
Ordered quickstep flooring that said in stock and 3-5 days delivery. Chased after 4 days as still not dispatched and told it wasnβt in stock yet as coming in from supplier. Advised would be immediately dispatched or the next day after it came in. Hasnβt happened! Donβt believe the website. Takes forever for anyone to answer the phone. Not a good experience and stock info completely false. Still not dispatched after 1 week and now at risk of impacting our project now, so very unhappy.

Avoid like the plague
Would give zero stars if I could. Order wasnβt delivered just left outside my house. Refused to refund or send replacement just blamed the courier company. Communication, attitude and refusal to take responsibility. Absolute joke.

I paid extra for next day delivery
I paid extra for next day delivery. The item arrived 5 days late. I believe this was, in fact, the fault of the delivery company. B&P did refund their express delivery charge promptly.
