Item arrived damaged and no communication from either the delivery company or the seller, slurry powder poured out of box over my clothes and patio. Also items left in plain site of anyone walking past after asking for them to be put in a safe place

Terrible service
Terrible service. Placed an order and a month later still no product. Emailed and they replied that they would deliver it a week later as they did not have the product in stock (it said that item was in stock and would be delivered next day). I still did not receive the product. I phoned and managed to get it delivered the next day. There is no communication between seller and buyer. Very poor service.
