Beautiful property, it ticked every box and met all our expectations. Easy access to Heavenly, restaurants and casinos (2 mins walk).

We loved everything about our trip to Tahoe. The home was in a perfect spot, on the top of a mountain, views on all sides. Trump signs and flags everywhere. Did I tell you we love and appreciate Pres. Trump! Interesting how Nevada and California handles Covid. The house had a couple problems but nothing bad enough. We loved the space, views, cozyiness, everything. Thank you!

Great property, however, water to master shower was turned off, probably due to the bathroom being painted recently (there was sticky notes on the wall indicating "fresh paint"). Had to shower in down stairs bathroom. Took a while to get the TV working, later to find out there were parental controls. No instructions explaining this. However, the property itself was great with plenty of amenities, nice floor plan, comfortable bedding and furniture, great location and setting.

It was the best time ever!!!

Stated sleeps 12 but didn’t even have a water heater to keep up with 10. Only one person could shower every hour and the cleaning fee is BS. Sheets in master had white powder on them

Had the pleasure of working with Chelsea on booking a South Lake Tahoe stay over Christmas 2020. Chelsea and the team made the entire process very smooth. They were quick to answer questions and very accommodating. I would highly recommend using Buckingham Luxury Vacation Rentals if you are interested in planning a vacation.

The overall process was smooth and seamless. I would look at their other vacation rentals in Tahoe for our next trip.

The place and staff were truly amazing! We could not have asked for a better getaway. We loved the place so much, we didn’t end up going anywhere! Would definitely come back!

This property should NOT be listed as any sort of Luxury rental. It is 2 star at best. It smelled like wet dog and there weren’t enough towels. Very difficult to access the ski slope without driving to it. Management group is slow in responding to requests.

Buckingham did a great job! They provided all the information required. No issues, and we had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay!

Great customer service, Paul was awesome in helping us secure the best rental rate - we really needed it to afford this trip and for our youth trip to be possible. And Dianne is very kind whenever I'd call her for questions! Plus the property was well kept!

The house was dusty and there were hair all over the place including shower and bedding. We were very disappointed.

Stunning home and majestic views! So many beautiful details in this home, bedding, and linens were excellent quality. The floorplan is well designed for family and fun times. The decks at every level are perfect for quiet reflection and taking in the breathtaking views. The game room, home theatre, and popcorn machine was a hit, the ping pong table added additional fun at another level in the home. This home was clean, well maintained and very welcoming. I especially loved all the little details from the teepee, birdhouses, to the beautiful clouds and vines captured throughout the dinning and kitchen area. What a beautiful experience!

We very much enjoyed renting the property as the home overall is very nice and well kept inside. The mattresses probable need to be replaced as they are a bit tired, and all of us had a hard time sleeping. The pool table needs to be adjusted as it was not level, and most of the pool cues were warped. Other than this we had a wonderful time.

We were satisfied with the rental, but little attention to detail was given to the home prior to arrival. No battery in garage door keypad and snow 3 feet high on walk way to get to lockbox. Requests to fix issues were responded to but our expectation was the place would be ready to go considering the price. The cleaning fee was very high and the home was not clean when we arrived.

Stayed at Eagles Landing in the Fall 2019. It truly was a luxurious home. 5 bedroom. Hot tub , game room With pool table, fooseball,air hockey. Great house and dog friendly. What more do you want ? Maintenance man Mike was just a call away if any issues arose and was addressed immediately. Only small complaint was for such a large house there were numerous light bulbs out including outdoor grill area. We managed ok. P.s. kitchen trash compactor does not work.

We’re enjoy staying at this property. Spacious, quiet... easy to check in and out.
