My agent/broker, Sharon Marlowe, has been with me for more than 10 years. Several months before renewal, she sends me information, and she always works with me to find the best deal for me. I have had one claim in 23 years, that was dismissed on summary judgment, but SHE was there to hold my hand through a stressful process. I can't recommend Brunswick Companies enough BECAUSE OF MY EXCELLENT EXPERIENCES WITH SHARON MARLOWE.
My experience was great due to the fast response times and clear directions. I submitted my application for a quote request in the AM and was emailed very clear instructions along with FAQs by the close of the business day. Each step in the process ran smoothly and communicating with my assigned executive has been a breeze.
