Our customer service experience with Brad Teal has been exceptional. The realestate property managers, both at Essendon and Ascot Vale, have been so professional and considerate in their approach. The care and respect towards tentants is very genuine and is sincerely appreciated. After dealing with several realestate companies, Brad Teal stands out positively and is so refreshing. Thanks for providing such friendly experiences during the often stressful process of applying for a new rental property.

They talk up a good game but were unable to follow through with promises. They also cost us $3000 due to dates not being correct for settlement. I believe this would have been picked up from our end if they did not come to your house with an iPad to get you to read it and sign it there while they are waiting and looking at you. We went with this agent because they had the block of land we wanted to purchase. In all not a good experience.

Having initially met with three different agents, Andrew stood out from the outset. His direction and advice proved to be spot on. In the current climate we thought we would be in for a good result, but Andrew and his team delivered an exceptional result. The whole experience was a pleasure and we could not be happier. The buying process is always stressful however with Scott's professionalism and honesty this was not the case. Scott was able to give constructive feedback and always had the vendors interest at heart. Although he works very hard for the vendor, he was still able to be completely transparent and honest with the buyers (me).
