We recently sold our property through Brad Teal and had an excellent experience from the first meeting with our wonderful agents, Gerasimos Grammenos and Matthew Makin, we were so impressed with their professionalism, care and expertise. At no time were we pressured into doing anything we were not comfortable with and kept up to date at all times with any offers or feedback. What we had expected to be a very stressful time selling our precious family home of 35 years turned out to be a happy and exciting time for us due to the care and attention particularly from Gerasimos. He is a true gentleman, honest and trustworthy and we sold in 2 weeks for the price we wanted !
