Really happy with how quiet this unit runs compared to my old one. Energy bills have gone down too. The only downside is the control panel could be more user-friendly.

Installed this Bradford White water heater in 2015 and it's still going strong. Heats water quickly and consistently. The only minor complaint is that it's a bit bulky, but the performance makes up for it. Would definitely buy again.
Had some problems with the thermostat in the first few months, but after getting it serviced it's been working fine. Build quality seems solid overall, just wish I hadn't had those initial hiccups.
