I found returning the trousers o bought…
I found returning the trousers o bought difficult. I don’t have a printer and I had my ch difficulty accessing the QR code. A returns label included in the parcel would make returning parcels much easier.

Delighted with this dress
Lovely dress - colour as in photos (fuschia), a lighter linen so underskirt needed for formal wear (but fine for a casual hot day). Excellent loose fit but still stylish and HURRAY not too long on my tubby 5'3" frame. Delighted with this purchase

The longline tops from Box are so flattering and glamorous. I have a navy one -great with white linens-and this golden colour will look good with stone linens. The parcel arrived promptly and the p.and p. is reasonable.

I have had very good experiences with Box2. The quality is good. The only problem I have is that you do not do a petite range. Some of the tops are far too long for me as your models are tall.
