Didn't receive my product. Supplier tried to tell me they attempted delivery a few times and tried contacting me. Not true and I proved it! Would not trust them at all.

Very happy with the purchasing and delivery process however I did not receive a slipper for my right foot. Hopefully this will be rectified as I really love the quality of the slipper I did receive.

I have bought from BR twice. Once via eBay 5 years ago when I bought a hat and just recently through Big W Marketplace when I bought a replacement hat (I lost my original hat on the bus). Good quality hats shipped super fast. I ordered on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday.

Item arrived intact. I ordered a size 10 after trying on slippers in the shop. Even though a size 10 was sent it definitely was not an adult size 10. Could not get my foot into it. I usually wear size 9 shoes. Had to return the item for a refund .
