The attachments feel flimsy and also get extremely hot. After less than six months the head of the wand has cracked which I suspect is from extreme heat. This means it is now useless. I contact Bondiboost but they do not sell any spares. For these reasons I cannot recommend the Bondiboost as it is poor quality.
I purchased the BondiBoost Blowout Hair Dryer 18 months ago and was happy with its performance until recently, when the dryer suddenly broke off at the base while plugged in, exposing internal conductors. This is a serious safety concern, especially in a household with children, and I’m disappointed that a product of this quality failed in such a dangerous way after regular use.
I had the Bondi Boost blowout brush, which I initially really liked. I had it for a little over a year and would use maybe once a week after washing my hair. It lived on the dressing table, and I would never wrap the cord. Unfortunately, the cord at the end of the brush started to break away, and it was causing literal sparks near my hair and face. I stopped using immediately and contacted the company. They told me because I had had it for more than a year they were unable to help with a replacement or fix, but their email encouraged me to join a BB club, promote their products and receive commission. I was shocked that they were unable to help with a faulty product that had created a fire hazard in my home - right next to my face and hair - but that, nevertheless, they wanted me to help SELL their products for them. I found this a really terrible response. Anyway - I found a replacement for literally half the price and it’s almost exactly the same. Save your money gals! It’s really not worth the £70 price tag.
Love my air styler! It is so cheap compared to competitor products and does the best job. I love to use this with a combo of soft rollers / a heat less curler for overnight. I use the smaller brush head for my bangs and the larger brush head for general drying. It leaves my hair dry and so smooth! I also use the curling options for curling with rollers to help set them. Actually I have also noted that my hair has been growing a lot faster than usual since using, as I do not use straighteners or curlers anymore - this is miles better for your hair. ❤️

I’m surprised about all the great reviews which drew me in to buy this rather expensive shampoo and conditioner set. But I like to use something natural with good ingredients. However these products leave my hair very greasy and I have to wash my hair every day. I tried to persist and used it for a couple of weeks as I know natural products take a bit of time to adjusting, then I tried to mix it with another natural shampoo on and off. But I’ve now given up. It smells nice but that’s about it, what a waste of money.
I have never been so amazed by hair products. I have spent alot of money on high end shampoos, conditioners, masks such as redken,joico,olaplex you name it. This is by far the best. My hair is dry and nothing worked. This has made my hair soft and shiny. I will be a regular. So happy I found this.
Excellent customer service and products. I hope they maintain their quality and customer approach amidst this unethical and intolerant capitalist opportunist. BB responds with positive attitude whether it's 60 days or 600 days from acquiring their products which now makes me their loyal customer.
I bought 2 bottles of the Procapil Scalp Tonic. The first 2 bottles were not spray bottles, the product was a clear odor free product. It was like applying water. I used those two bottles and ordered two more. The 2 nd two bottles have a distinct odor, came in a spray bottle the product goes on like water but quickly turns my hair gummy and sticky with a wet look. It’s unusable in public. I won’t buy again. The product has a soap like suds. I loved the old product.
Love the tool but it's worth paying a little more for a different one elsewhere, as the quality is really really poor. A couple of months after buying, the cable started sparking, I unplugged and jiggled it around and it snapped! So flimsy & not to mention dangerous. The company does not have a warranty policy beyond 30 days which is extremely short, most electronics are covered for a year - I've barely had time to use it within 30 days! Go elsewhere to avoid having to purchase it again after a few months as it's such a good tool.
Ordered exactly two weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. Very fast customer service and always polite, however, I wasn’t aware it would take this amount of time. The tracking still says Royal Mail haven’t received it yet. Very underwhelmed with the delivered I have to be honest. They said they aimed to have them delivered by Christmas but mine wasn’t a Christmas present, it was needed now for a Birthday one- which has now been and gone. Seems there isn’t enough staff to meet the demand. Hopefully it will arrive soon but losing hope.
DO NOT BUY! Ordered during black friday and they still haven't shipped the item! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They're customer service team just copy and paste the same responses.
Customer service were efficient,helpful and extremely quick in replying. The product I received was well packaged and although I have not used it myself as yet I know my daughter will love it. Many thanks on replying quickly on a Saturday. Really appreciate it! I'll definitely be buying some more products.....
