Ho messo 3 stelle per fare media tra due pratiche: La pratica negativa è quella relativa alla ricerca di barche per la toscana, per la quale non ho mai ricevuto risposta, immagino perchè non ci sono barche disponibili, ma una risposta era comunque gradita. La positiva è quella conclusa per la quale ho avuto l'assistenza attesa.
