I recently bought a software package that does not work on my system. They refused to give me a refund even though they could take back the ilok activation.

I subscribed to Fish Audio for voice cloning and video production for YouTube. Although the voice over facility is quite good, I decided to cancel my subscription as the app does not include video production. When I asked for a refund, Fish Audio informed me that no refund is possible. The very least I expect a cool off period when purchasing a product. This is the law in EU as far as I know.
Tried out one of their sample libraries and didn't like it at all. Asked for a refund and only a one time exchange was offered. Be forewarned, not very good return policy. Considering I didn't like that particular library, chance are, I won't like much of the other product either so an exchange isn't a very good option, having my money back for an inferior product is...don't waste your money. This is just lost money for me now. Deleted the library and I guess they just keep my money...

I paid for loops that sounded like the free loops that used to come with cheap daw's in the 90s. Some had the lame stall right before they looped. You loop heads know what I'm talking about, where it stops right before the loop replays. I just trash binned it all and went back to making my own loops. Lesson learned
Nice place to buy plugins and sample libraries. Never had any issues.
