Every time I order anything from these guys the download links never send. I then have to email them and wait days to get my products. Extremely poor customer service.

Unethical business practices. Be aware that if you order any food from this company they will automatically put you on a recurring billing cycle. We ordered a weeks worth of food and were totally unimpressed as it was tasteless microwaved sludge. On the Monday of the second week we noticed a charge come out of our account and immediately flagged it with them. The answer was bad luck. We absolutely did not order the food and we had no idea it would be billed. I'm sure it says somewhere in their dodgy fineprint but it's just sneaky. As a brand new customer you'd think they would have a little bit of empathy and cancel our order. It's not like it was already on the truck or even prepared by that stage. They were just totally unhelpful and uncaring.
