WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT PLAY!! I opened an account, played about 3k. Then they locked my account for “safe gambling”. I had 3 open bets in my account and I contacted them to let me know what I bet on as I couldn’t remember. They kept me for 40 min on chats transferring me from one to another to then say I will be contacted via email. Disgusting. My own money. They can’t provide me what I bet on.

I opened an account with these during the international break 3 weeks ago. They are a White Hat brand,so are pretty reputable. Had a 100%deposit match on Sportsbook. But everything has been excellent. Super fast withdrawals. Great offers and Great odds. Reading the reviews,I couldn’t believe the negativity. Now I am a seasoned but honest and fair gambler, I have lost a lot over the years but I enjoy it and luckily can afford it as a leisure past time.. I have never felt the need to write a poor review of a gambling company before but feel it is my responsibility to warn others on here to my experience Basically you would think 3 year old are in customer service, the lack of being able to grasp an obvious mistake, taking up to 10 days to respond, (this one took 5 ) days. To what is a small amount but a blatant and obvious error in settling a bet...I have copied the e mails below, but need to summarise by say I placed a bet (before the off, incase anyone asks) , it won at 13/8 (I asked for SP) and I was returned just my stake?? Not the winnings... I complained via chat, (like talking to an infant in comprehension level) and finally got the reply posted below my e mail...basically they have not even looked and now I'm told its another 10 days to be looked into...an error like this with a bookmaker (where its a blatant mistake in settlement) should take minutes to resolve!... its a small amount so I'm not that bothered, but what if it had been 1000s??? I'm warning other potential clients, they are not fit to run a sportsbook, have not got a phone number and chat/e mail are ineffective.. Bet247 head office is Zimbabwe, I did not know that before I deposited £50 No facilities for live English horse racing When I discovered this I tried talking to their live chat, they were more confused than I was, I decided to withdraw my deposit, The optimum word is tried, I was blocked, There is no app, leaving the site you use the browser to return, I attempted to return wanting my deposit money, I was shocked to find bet247 had blocked me entering through the Google browser by a company called cloud flare, I have sent bet247 emails requesting my £50 deposit be refunded. Not yet received a reply, it looks like I will have to ask the licencing board for help.. Anyone who joins bet247.. BE WARNED

My casino profile is verified and there are withdrawal requests of €5,200 pending for more than a week. The casino team does not contact me and does not reply to emails. The casino chat states that it is not in contact with the casino's finance department and only tries to placate me with empty phrases.
