Absolutely shocking deposited £70 no…

Absolutely shocking deposited £70 no questions won £49 trying to withdraw since 27th November they want passports selfie bank statements proof off address !!!! Nothing mentioned when taking deposits !!! Do not use this company its shambles and I’m trying to be kind
