I ordered a water fountain and received a water fountain. After installation I drank cold water from this fountain.

Only place online I found that had the part I needed. They shipped quickly and product arrived in excellent condition. If they did not have this part I would have been replacing a $600 unit rather than repairing it with a $40 part.

There was a problem with FedEx shipping. Berl's sent a replacement immediately.
