We contracted Small Biz Triage to perform an evaluation of our Mail Chimp Campaign and then provide follow on services for our campaigns. Seth was our point of contact and after a very brief review and test of our campaign told us he would be in contact with us for a new strategy and direction, which is what we prepaid for. Unfortunately Seth never reached back out, almost a month later, when a prompted email for a review was sent, he called. The bottom line is that they charged us for a service that provided no real takeaways and then left us hanging. Zero apologies, zero excuses, and zero professionalism. If you are looking for Mailchimp assistance I suggest you take your business to someone who really understands the business and cares about clients.
