After my original order was damaged by the courier, Ayu resent me the order which arrived next day. I was always under the impression that once the order was dispatched the retailer took no responsibility for it, in Ayu’s case I was wrong and they did and I am really pleased with their customer service

Unfortunately I had to send the bronzer back to AYU because the packaging was broken. The returns service was brilliant and I received a new bronzer the next day, but the packing is unfortunately, cheap because its broken again already and I couldn't be bothered sending it back again. The product itself is nice, the service is great but the packaging has let you down!

Perfect Skin Foundation is my favourite, the shade match is perfect, the way it glides on and stays on is fantastic. The customer service and delivery service is fantastic, I won't use any other Foundation.
