After reading all the hype, I expected this to last for years. The zipper started sticking after just 3 months of light use, and there's already some scuffing on the corners. Maybe I got a defective unit, but for $300+ I expected better build quality.

Not only is the product excellent, but the unboxing experience and packaging show real attention to detail. The app integration is a nice touch too. This feels like a premium brand that actually delivers on its promises.

I travel 2-3 times per month for work and this has made my life so much easier. The 360-degree wheels are incredibly smooth, the shell is virtually indestructible, and the charging feature has saved me countless times in airports. Yes, it's expensive, but the convenience and peace of mind are worth it. Already planning to buy the larger size for longer trips.
