Great luggage, terrible customer service
The suitcases themselves are fantastic - lightweight, durable, and the built-in battery is a game changer for long flights. However, when I had an issue with a broken wheel after 6 months, customer service was completely unhelpful and took weeks to respond. For the price point, I expected much better support.
