Ordered on Wednesday and was delivered on the Saturday so several days sooner than expected. Item ordered of excellent quality. Ordered a larger size due to reading reviews and the description stating it was a slim fit. Very pleased with it

All went well from order to delivery everything was perfect. Only disappointment was wanted a second one in different colour but out of stock and still waiting for it to be available as was a black Friday deal and wanted for Christmas present. Apart from that everything was perfect.

The company has a very helpful customer support team. I needed to exchange my coat for different size and it was very easy to do it . The coat is lovely colour and very rain proof ! Used it during downpour and I stayed dry .

I purchased this jacket it’s lovely keeps me warm and dry. I would say the only problem I have is the hood is to small does not protect the face/forehead at all. Apart from that it’s a great coat
