I came here to have a smart repair for a scratch on my Audi, the staff were friendly, efficient and polite, they repaired my car quickly and wonderfully, the affected area looks completely brand new, I dealt with Peter who made my experience easy and pleasant. I would come again and recommend friends and family.

Ash was amazing. He fixed the scratches on the inside door of my car in less than 10mins. Communication was great, lovely guy and I would happily book him for future services 😊

All of the staff and employees we have dealt with have been extremely helpful & accommodating. We used the mobile repair service for some dents and scratches in our car in October of 2025 and the work was done efficiently and quickly. The car looks almost brand new. There are a few items that require fixing in the repair shop and its easy to get a quote for that work, as you don't need an appointment. You can simply stop by and they will make the time to provide a quote on the spot.

Wayne repaired 2 x diamond cut alloy wheels on my driveway and performed a sterling job in doing so. Within the space of two hours, his work resulted in the wheels looking better than they did even before they became damaged! Wayne explained to me how my wheels (on a recently-bought car) had been cosmetically repaired, resulting in a duller finish to the silver rim. He restored them to diamond cut condition using the machine in his van. Wayne was knowledgeable, friendly and more than happy to answer all of my questions. Very impressed and would use again in a heartbeat.

Had damage to both near side wheels. Wayne from Automotive Repair Systems repaired both from my driveway. Whipped each wheel off and Diamond cut each wheel as new. Can’t believe how good they now look. The company vans are well equipped to carry out professional repairs. And the repairs don’t just have a cosmetic fill and spray, they are repaired properly. Wayne the technician was friendly, helpful and explained the process thoroughly. All in all he did a first class job. I’m very happy with the outcome.

I received good communication from the call centre and they booked my car in for a day that suited me. Ash S let me know he would be coming the night before and on the morning too and he arrived on time in very cold weather and did a fantastic job on my car. He was polite and friendly and took good care of my car during the repair and took the dents out really well. I was very pleased with the job he did. I would recommend this company and Ash too.

Very friendly and professional technician. Turned up nice and early and assessed what needed doing. The work is of a high standard. I can hardly see some of the chips whilst others have just disappeared. I would not hesitate to recommend them or call them out directly for further work.

Steve repaired the alloy rim that I had scraped on a kerb. He arrived on schedule and explained that he would skim it on the lathe in his van. He predicted about 40 minutes, which was accurate, and it is now as good as new. I would recommend ARS for at-home repair work.

Have used Automotive Repair Systems a number of times both for self inflicted damage and insurance claims.
