    Waited on caliper covers for 10 days

    Waited on caliper covers for 10 days. No communication and don’t seem to care if your order falls into a blackhole. They pass the buck to the manufacturer who you can’t get in touch with. Don’t waste your time or money with these guys. I’m sure I’ll have to wait for a month to get me refund on the cancelled order.

    Refund is very slow.

    I ordered a set of husky floor mats for my 2018 equinox on Dec 9 th and still have not got them on Dec 22 Second I ordered them three weeks ago so I could get them for Christmas but no such luck so I canceled them. They told me when I called them back a few days ago i wanted my money back they said it only takes two days to get your refund well it’s been four days and still no refund. I say this company is not worth dealing with piss poor run business so people take note go to Amazon and buy your floor mats they have them on hand and you can save a bundle. People who wants to buy from this company take note they charge you before it is even shipped to you. What a joke so they took my money now I have to wait for them while they take their sweet time to refund me that is not right. You don’t charge people for a product until you ship it out like I said this is a piss poor run business. Please save your money & go elsewhere.

    Ordered a Covercraft Bra on 9/12

    Ordered a Covercraft Bra on 9/12. supposed to ship between 20th and 24th. on 26th I called for status. Was told they would contact Mfg. for status and advise. on 27th I asked again for status, I was told the same. I told them I am cancelling the order. Lol, was told they would contact the Mfg and advise.

    If I could give them a Zero I would

    If I could give them a Zero I would, I ordered a dash cover for my Ram 1500 took over 2 weeks to ship. When it arrived what a BIG disappointment, for $54.00 this is cheap, poorly made POS! I wouldn't have taken it if someone gave it to me. I ended up throwing it in the trash. Don't waste your time or money ordering from this company. Bunch of FAKE reviews on their website. I did file a disputed and ONLY got a refund of $40.00 and not the $54.00 that I paid them, not a honest company at all. This is a drop ship company trying to fool people into thinking its an actual business. BEWARE!

    I'd give these jerks a "zero" if I could. The customer service folks at this company are liars and con artists. They lied to me about shipping time and returns. The company also posts dozens of false, positive customer reviews on their own website. It's actually their own employees and agents who post the reviews. Make sure to check the independent review sites where you'll see honest reviews on Auto Accessories Garage showing how terrible they are

    I ordered the BAK Revolver X4s Tonneau…

    I ordered the BAK Revolver X4s Tonneau Cover costing $1,371.24. Ten days later no change in the status, "We are preparing your order" I called customer service and the rep was a piece of work. He said, "We are not grabbing your money and just holding onto it", and kept over-talking me. I finally had to ask, "Can I talk?". He said, "Yes" and continued to talk over me. I ended up cursing him. I cancelled the order and immediately bought a similar product from RealTruck and they guaranteed me the tonneau cover would arrive in 5 business days. The customer service rep could have salvaged this, but he chose to provoke me instead.

    Horrible shipping

    Ordered vent shades at the beginning of August received my vent shades September 22nd with no communication from the company until about September 18th said they had shipped. Tried to do online chat with them and was immediately just cut off and said glad we could help your issue do I want to start another chat. Would not recommend ordering from this company unless you have 2 months to wait on product with no communication.

    Autyo Accessories Garage does not honor their guaranty

    I ordered a dash cover for my sons new car. The cover arrived on time but did not fit. I requested a refund and they told me I would have to pay return shipping unless I sent pictures showing that it did not fit. I sent the pictures and they told me that I would be charged $25 for return shipping and about $7 for restocking. They want to charge me roughly $32 dollars to take back an item that cost $49 and DID NOT FIT! We purchased from another company and that cover does fit. Auto Accessories Garage truly would not stand behind their promise of guaranteed fit and easy returns. Think twice before you purchase from them.

    I ordered a dash mat for my car

    I ordered a dash mat for my car. Once ordered they replied it would ship out 7 to 10 days later. And nothing happened. I called twice and git two different answers on why it could not ship out as ordered . I was again told they had to email the warehouse and allow up to two business days for a reply. 5 days later and no reply. I sent in a direct question to ask what is going on ? I just git a reply my order should.. the word again is should ship out in ywo more weeks. This is BS operation and will contact my CC company and report it,and get charges reversed . I honestly feel that you need to look at a item somewhere else besides this place. I don't advise anyone to oder from them as there are other companies that you can verify with same or similar products. Very dissatisfied and disappointing experience with this bunch. They said they are owned by napa as that was supposed to make things better. I have friend that's work at napa for 31 years and this morning he said ,don't waste my time as they have too many internal problems and alot of dissatisfied buyers. So with that said. I don't recommend spending your hard earned money with these people.

    Don't be fooled by vehicle workshop Euro Auto Garage scam vehicle repair business

    Don't be fooled by vehicles of similar makes to your car that had been parked at Euro Auto Garage. It's a gimmick to lure you in to get scammed. These cars had been parked in the said workshop for months to create an impression that the shop is doing very well thus all customers must wait for their slots. Repair cost are generally 60 to 70% higher in cost. Accessories or spareparts are marked up at least 350 to 450% hence enter at your own risk. Consumers Beware!

    Terrible company to work with

    Terrible company to work with. Ordered a Tonneau cover and bed mat for my truck, bed matt never arrived and tracking showed from the start issues, Autoaccessoriesgarage support did nothing until the 3 or so contact, now the package is considered "Lost" and will be another 8 days before they decide what to do. The tonneau cover has a defect, again autoaccessories said they were in contact with the manufacturer asking for pictures and such but no resolution. I contacted the manufacturer directly and within minutes I am working with them on a resolution. Autoaccesoriesgarage.com is totally worthless and does not stand behind their sale. Avoid them at all costs.

    Incompetent Employees and Company

    I ordered a S&B cold air intake for my Jeep. I received the package from UPS and opened it today to install the air system to find that every part was there EXCEPT the 3 Cent fitting that as the wrong fitting. The fitting shipped did not even fit their own part! Now I have a system completely installed and missing the main air part, A 3 CENT FITTING! I am so upset at these jerks.

    Intentionally Misleading

    We are moving and wanted to protect the catalytic converter on the 1999 Rav4. Their part said UNIVERSAL on it so we bought it and took it to a mechanic to install. The mechanic informed us they couldn't install the CatClamp bc the clearance was too low. So we tried to return the part. The company said in the fine print was, "clearance is customer responsibility." OK, but also they knowingly labeled it "universal" so there's that. They emailed a shipping label, but we reiterated we are moving and the printer is packed already. We wanted a pick-up, or short of that, a label mailed. The CSR said they couldn't do that. But he said if we emailed the receipt from the USPS they would refund our return shipping. They charged a 15% "restocking fee" and did not honor the USPS receipt. So only purchase from this company if you want to pay more than $75 for a lot of phone calls and hassle, but no viable part for your car.

    They don't stick to their promises

    Our landlord raised the rent. So did all other landlords in Arizona. So... We had to move halfway across the country. But did we want our catalytic converter stolen on the way? No. So we bought the Cat Clamp from Auto Accessories Garage. It said "universal". We brought it to the mechanic who said it doesn't work on Toyota Rav4. So I went to return it they wanted me to print a ups label. I couldn't. Printer is packed up. So the guy on the phone said if I went to usps, they'd refund shipping fee as a courtesy. Long story short they never did. And said the fine print tells consumers there must be a 3 inch clearance on the vehicle. How the heck would I know that about my car? It says UNIVERSAL. Why would I think it wouldn't fit? And why not just honor your promises?

    BUYER BEWARE OF AUTO ACCESSORIES GARAGE

    BUYER BEWARE OF AUTO ACCESSORIES GARAGE. There are a lot of reputable auto parts websites to purchase from – don’t choose autoaccessoriesgarage.com! We had a very disappointing, and expensive, experience. We purchased from auto accessories garage.com a set of maxliner floor mats that were supposedly custom fit for our suv. Front and back floor mats and rear cargo mat = about $245 total cost. They were a poor fit – the cargo mat particularly poor with nearly a depth 4 inches short. The design and quality were also poor. All 4 raised sides of the cargo mat curled over at the top of the raised edge. The material was cheap and thin. So the curled over top of the raised edge, was supposed to be (I guess) a finished edge, but instead it was not uniform and cheesy. And, with a 2 inch raised edge even at the hatch opening, it was awkward to load and unload items over that 2 inch raided edge sticking up. The floor mats were no better. The fronts had a 1/4 inch gap on the door side that would allow debris down between the mat and the door jam. Rear mats where long making them pucker where it went over the hump in the middle. We decided to return due to poor quality, design, and fit especially for the $245!. I contacted Autoaccessoriesgarage.com for return information. I received an email about their return policy – yes you can return in 30 days – but BUYER BEWARE. They charged me $96 to return the two boxes of mats and $36 restocking fee – for these pieces of junk. Guess I should have went with weathertech mats for $100 more. I called customer service at Auto accessories garage. They said there was nothing they could do about the charges, policy is policy. I would strongly discourage anybody from making a purchase from unless you're 110% positive you won't be returning. I hope this helps the next person. Buyer beware.

    Absolute rubbish materials: thieves!!!

    Absolute rubbish materials, CHEAP beyond CHEAP, paying over $50 for thin FAKE suede car dash covering, they need to be neutralised as it's impossible to have been in business for 30+ years and providing highway robbery plundering hard working people who come in good faith and conclude business after CHATTING with liars from God only knows where. The US is no longer providing quality, but CRAP from China that burns one's skin, SHAME ON YOU!
