Changing my review as I heard back from the website. Customer service was actually helpful, not the boutique who ghosted after the sale. There wasn’t any solution offered after a week so I had to initiate a return on the faulty product within the return window.

Super helpful customer service (thank you Jaymark D) and very quick, efficient delivery. Be aware that most shoes are in US sizing but if you're unsure it's easy enough to ask and they'll more than happily check this for you.

I was really touched by Atterley's service. The boutique did dispatch my order quite late but since I emailed Atterley the issue, they immediately chased the boutique and also followed up the issue. I understand it was during the Black Friday period and most of the businesses would be really busy, hence I'm still happy to give them 5 stars for my experience.

Initially wanted to buy a pair of glasses on Lyst, which took me to atterley website. Ordered last month, they sent me the wrong model. Took them three attempts to come and pick up the return parcel, and I had to claim the refund through Paypal as they didn’t process it after two weeks.
