I asked for a quote over the phone. I provided all relevant information and answered all questions asked. I was provided a quote. Once I was ready to book the service I was emailed a quote that was 50% more than agreed. Very unprofessional.

Terrible experience with this company. I had a letter that I needed to have sent urgently from the UK to Greece. I arranged collection with Atlas Courier for Friday the 8th of April 2022. The courier never came to collect the letter, and there was no warning or notification from the company that this would happen, leaving me completely exposed. They also told me that they don't do collections over the weekend so it would have to be collected on Monday (but this was too late as my friend who was sending me the letter would be out of the country by then). Horrible experience, and only one "we're sorry" in the end. Stay away. Ps. The only positive thing was that their employee, Tom, who I spoke to on the phone, was very polite. But unfortunately that didn't help with getting my letter sent. I'm not recommending this company to anyone, quite the opposite.
