UPDATE - Astronutrition are definitely still in business. They have contacted me and have assured me that my order will be with me soon. UPDATE - I have received my Astronutrition order and everything was perfect with it. I can assure you that they are still in business and went out of their way to assist me and ensure I received my order. Have used Astronutrition for years. However, I placed an order last week. Paid by bank transfer and emailed customer services as usual to advise payment had been made. My email is undeliverable. I then emailed the info@ address. Same thing, email undeliverable. I’ve had no order confirmation, no shipping confirmation, nothing. But they do have my money because I paid by bank transfer, which is how I normally pay them, with no problems. Given the undeliverable emails, I wonder if Astronutrition are still in business?
Ref ORDER #100112351 I ordered my item on 21st May, never received my item, I sent query to customer service with proof of the payment attached, after three weeks they keep ignoring me, so unprofessional.
Don't use them, they don't keep their word...they dance and duck and dive and keep your money in the process ! If I could give them zero stars I would.
Made an order online for which they took payment and didn’t deliver the goods or acknowledge my order. No response to many emails to their service team and no refund. Can only conclude this is a scam site - avoid.
I was a bit sceptical after reading the reviews but it was too late and I’d already placed my order so was hoping for the best. But all was fine. I received my supplements within 2 weeks of ordering them to my UK address. My only suggestion would be that you supply your customers a tracking number so they can monitor the status of the delivery.
I am not sure why so much negativity here, I am constantly ordering from that service and I really do want to make something better than that anyway for whatever reasons out there. How else you should really compete for such things no matter what.

I EMAILED YOU MY BANK STATEMENT AND PROIF OF PAYMENT SEVERAL TIMES YOU JUST SENT THE SAME EMAIL BACK ASKING FOR ORDER NUMBER AND PROOF. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AT SOME POINT YOU WILL HAVE MONEY STOLEN FROM YOUR ACCOUNT OR THEY WILL JUST LIE ABOUT GETTING MONEY VIA A BANK TRANSFER. ALL OF THEIR RESPONSES ARE THE SAME AND MEAN NOTHING. I HAVE READ YOUR RESPONSE. I WILL SEND ALL THE INFO FOR THE 8TH TIME. I made an order one more than a month ago and until now I dont receive the product. They delivery date expected were 4 days. Furthermore, when I tried to enter to the customer service by chat, they are "repairing" it. I really dont know what to expect and I dont know if this is a real webshop. Sandra

Wow! I am shocked at the low rating for this store! I have been dealing with AstroNutrition.ca for several years. They have great prices and also some hard to find products. Sometimes their products can take a while to arrive, due to most shipments coming from outside Canada. I have received orders in as quick as 6 days and once as long as 6 weeks.But all my orders were processed promptly and arrived just as described. There have been a couple of website issues that were resolved. This seems to happen to all websites at some point or another. I first decided to give this company a try because they have the option to pay via PayPal, which I recommend because your Credit Card info is safe and you get additional buyer protection. Not sure about all the negative reviews, but I highly recommend this store!
I never got the stuff I paid for!!!! I ordered some supplements from these guys noting they have an office in Vancouver, with all the prices listed in Canadian. The order was placed at the beginning of February and I still haven't received my item(s). I noted: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Their) Shipping Policy: Shipping via Air Mail is free in Canada on orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged $7.99. Normal delivery times are 8-11 business days and on the very rare occasion can take up to 15 business days. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ My message/questions to them: For some reason even though I live in Alberta they chose not to ship from Vancouver BC, but from a US location? This would most certainly put it past 8-11 days, not to mention 15 days with customs. Why the hell did you ship this order from the states when you have a location in Vancouver? I'm not happy about paying the flat rate which is 75% of the cost of the item in this case, as again I understood it would ship from Canada and you reside in the province next to me, it needs to arrive sooner than 15 business days, as stipulated on your site, please reship with your quickest method and tracking from Vancouver, or cancel this order and refund my money!!! RE: your 'shipping policy' (and your civic address of 1085 Howe St. Vancouver,) more than implies this order should have been shipped from your Canadian location RE: 'Normal delivery times are 8-11' business days. This item is a gift and needs to be here no later than Feb.16 (10 business days) as it is a gift (& customs may further delay the shipment). If I knew you were not going to honor your own policies, I'd never have dealt with you, very disreputable. So depending on the item being ordered determines where it is shipped from. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I spoke to them several times on the phone and they said they were going to ship it again but never did, they gave me some BS (not sure if it was made up) tracking number with DHL, when checking it said Delivered - Signed for by : SDA PLT CALGARY 11:50 --> ..I'm not home at that time and that is not my signature, did they even ship it, or did they ship it to the wrong address? In any event these guys do not appear to be a reputable vendor, I have emails (evidence) where they promised to reship and offer a refund but they never did.
Ordered a product which was delivered promptly. However, within a few weeks the card started being used fraudulently - from online purchases in Chicago, to Uber taxi rides in Malaysia. Only normally ever order stuff from large reputable sources (Amazon, Ebuyer, Tesco etc) and this card hadn't been used at all for a while for any purchases. Was already pointing the finger at astronutrition before coming to read the reviews here only to see other reviews of exactly what I've experienced. Too many smoking guns for it not be astronutrition I'm afraid. Avoid - or be prepared to cancel your credit card after ordering. Credit card company is investigating....
Have used Astronutrition twice now, both times a few weeks after ordering my credit card had fraudulent activity. Used my work computer which is very secure so not a problem my end. The credit card used was only used for purchases on Astronutrition, gave benefit of the doubt first time but twice is too much of a coincidence.
I've ordered from Astro a number of times and never had any issues - I generally order the same product and have never had issues getting it UNTIL this time. I ordered the original product 10 weeks ago and it finally arrived yesterday (Sept 15 2015) however I don't feel this is Astro's issue but 100% on the shoulders of Canada Post. Since they removed D2D delivery their standards (which weren't great to begin with) have plummeted. I had to contact Astro CS to inquire as to why my original order wasn't received and had a response within the next hour or two informing me they'd send a replacement out that day. While it still took 3 weeks to receive this one, again that's on Canada Post, not them (the original order is still lost in limbo). I will continue to use Astro for my supplement that I cannot get in the store here in Canada.
