We were impressed at how quickly the whole process was and we would recommend to others who may want to check for asbestos. It was not cheap but for our part necessary to check. Impressed.

Response to my order was swift and the return packaging supplied, instructions and other information made sample collection easy. The analysis certificate arrived in my email account, as requested, quickly too (despite an intervening Bank Holiday weekend) allowing me to print it off couple of times. A very satisfactory process, especially as the resul was negative.

Great customer support and quick, conclusive results. I had an issue with Royal Mail as they took 8 days to deliver the sample, which is nothing to do with AKUK, and AKUK were so helpful in offering to send out a new kit free of charge if the original had got lost. I'd recommend sending via tracked for dealing with Royal Mail, and I will definitely be using AKUK again should I need to do more testing.
