Great customer support and next day results from receiving sample
Great customer support and quick, conclusive results. I had an issue with Royal Mail as they took 8 days to deliver the sample, which is nothing to do with AKUK, and AKUK were so helpful in offering to send out a new kit free of charge if the original had got lost. I'd recommend sending via tracked for dealing with Royal Mail, and I will definitely be using AKUK again should I need to do more testing.
