easy to understand

I like the flexibility it offers, especially with assessments. As a working student, this course fits well into my schedule and allows me to balance study and work.

I really enjoyed the Diploma of Payroll Services course, learning so much of what happens in the background of payroll. The scenarios were really good, but would have liked a lot more of them to work through based on every day pays and issues related to pays.

I am part way through my course and finding it easy to follow and informative. The instructor is very clear and easy to follow. As I am using Xero in my new work place and need to keep moving through my studies, it's great that I can work at my own speed.

Assessors were really helpful in explaining the content if and when needed via phone or email. It was re-assuring to know that lecturers were available to talk to between certain times when I needed to ask specific questions. In my opinion. The information's provided on the online course was easy and a straight-forward.

I've been taking this Excel course and while the content is useful, I feel it's too text heavy. It would be much better if the explanations were broken down into short, clear videos instead of long reading sections. Trying to learn formulas and functions by reading alone is a bit overwhelming videos would definitely make it easier to follow along and understand. A more visual and hands-on approach would really improve the learning experience.
