I have shipped with AmeriAuto before and worked with Jenifer which made this 2nd shipment worry-free. Jenifer is an exceptional professional with an impeccable work ethic. She sent texts to keep me informed so the entire process was seamless. The driver and transport carrier was exceptional and on time. I will ONLY ship from now on through Jenifer , I wholeheartedly trust her. I did speak.to other reps that were extremely professional and followed through with every task and call back. Quoted me $375 ALL INCLUSIVE, zero balance due at delivery, etc. On pickup day, informed that no trucks were available for my car transport TILL NEXT WEEK. and cost would be over $1000. When I cancelled the order, Brad REFUSED TO REMOVE MY ORDER POSTING FROM THE NATIONAL BOARD WEBSITE UNLESS I PAY THEM $200!!! BLACKMAIL!! Brad posted my $375 order for $800!! This will drive up the price of my order to other shippers ands prevent me from getting another offer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE ZERO BUSINESS CREDIBILITY OR PERSONAL INTEGRITY..

They are terrible. First they give you a low price then can't find a driver. Then they found a driver. Driver makes appt you wait all day for them and hour later the driver texts you that he is canceling because he has turn back to the yard. Then when you tell them

Most brokers treat you like a number. Not here. JB personally handled my case and checked in with me before and after pickup. That meant a lot. Top-tier service.

Bait and switch! They will charge you an amount to book and then the day of they will change the rates for some random reason. They are banking on people being desperate as they will not switch the price until the last minute when it’s more than likely too late to find another company. Do not do not do NOT trust this company. If you can’t afford to ship your car, look into renting a bed to tow it yourself. NO legitimate car shipping company is going to be cheap in this economy. Do your research or look into DIY options!

From booking to delivery, everything went flawlessly TThe staff was kind and explained the procedure fully. Pickup happened exactly when scheduled, and I received a text before delivery so I could plan ahead. The driver was courteous and cautious with my vehicle. There was no damage, no worry, and overall fantastic service.!!

PLEASE READ: Don't transport anything with this company, all the five star reviews are fake or written by them. This company is a complete SCAM! They will give you a set price in the beginning without even having a driver ready just so that you can sign the BS contract. I was quoted for a certain amount for transporting my car and was giving a specific pick up date but my car was never picked up (I waited longer than a week!) I got so so many excuses that the "driver" truck is broken down or had other issues. Its all full of crap. After a few days of this BS they will eventually find a driver for you, BUT the price will literally quadruple (the price they gave me was $1300).The contract had a certain amount of days for them to find a carrier and they failed to do so and will not refund me the money and saying "you signed a contract." I wasted TIME and a lot of my MONEY because of them. Save your time and pay a little more for a legit company.

"JB" sent me a quote in a foreign language, kept calling me and texting me after I told him to stop contacting me, and called me four times in a row. Avoid them at all cost, this company is not even real

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Proceed with Caution I strongly advise against using this company. While the vehicle was ultimately delivered, the final cost far exceeded the original quote, with unexpected charges totaling several hundred dollars more. The broker's contract contained fine print allowing them to increase the price after securing your signature. Additionally, they provided the driver with a different invoice amount, leaving us in a position where the carrier refused to deliver the vehicle unless we paid the difference out of pocket. At that point, the vehicle was already in another state, and we had no option but to comply—resulting in two separate payments: one to the broker and another unexpected fee to the carrier. The situation was highly stressful and felt deceptive. The assigned carrier, Solo Liner LLC, was also difficult to deal with. Communication was unprofessional and at times outright rude, which only added to an already frustrating experience. Furthermore, the broker had initially agreed to reimburse the additional payment via Zelle, promising the funds would be transferred the next business day. Unfortunately, that reimbursement never occurred, and follow-up attempts were ignored. Overall, this was a deeply unpleasant and costly experience. I recommend looking elsewhere for more transparent and trustworthy service.

Ameri Auto is a broker & a terrible one at that. They'll quote you a low price initially without even having a carrier just to get you to sign an agreement. The agreement has all sorts of BS in it as a way of getting you stuck working with this unethical company. I was quoted $400 for shipping & given a pickup date but my car wasnt picked up. I got several excuses because they didn't have an actual carrier to move my vehicle. Once they found an actual carrier the price tripled. After some back-n-forth I eventually got my deposit back. Please be aware that this company will use terrible tactics to get you to sign an agreement with them. Dont do it.
