Estafadores!! Me cobraron 300€ y cuando me dan el código por de reserva y lo pongo en la compañía aérea el vuelo salía a 150€ me cobraron 150€ de comisiones de agencia y cuando pedí se podían hacer algo no me ayudaron en nada!! Me contestaron también que era yo la que me tenia que poner en contacto con la compañía aérea! Espero ningunos más le vas a regalar dinero a esta gente y lo de más la asistencia habla solo inglés.

Smooth process

I wouldn’t use them again. The process was easy but when my daughter went to fly she was bumped from the flight selected because they were full. I did not see anywhere that stated they are a standby type ticket. Their prices are still retail, so it’s wild to not have the ticket honored as agreed to when placing the reservation.
