Fast service!! Fast turnaround.

Quick delivery, accurate tracking, and good communication. The only thing that wasn’t great was the website design but once I found what I was looking for I was happy.

It worked, no nonsense like other sites.

It would have been more then perfect except for a couple of minor developmental issues; 1. The site explains that I will see an authorization of the purchase on my card but that the card would not be charged until the produce shipped when I would also receive an email notification of the ship date and ETA. Events: Received no emails. Card authorization occurred. Received no emails. Produce show up on my porch (ahead of time no less) Then I get an email saying it has shipped. All in All, I think you did a fantastic job as it was delivered quicker then expected and the produce quality & PRICE were the best. I say "keep doing what you're doing and take a look at the chain of events to see if the notification system might be tweaked.

I've never been disappointed with my orders from Allegro Medical. In one order, glass vials were damaged in shipping, but everything was replaced with new replacement products. Highly recommended.

Ordering can be a bit confusing.

Ordered a walker and a gray bag to go on it. The bag says gray but it is blue. That is OK. What is not ok, I sent an email to you to find out when my walker will be shipped, that was on the 16th. Today is the 21st. Have not heard from anyone in response to my email, even though I should of heard back in 2 days.. here it is day 5... Lynn
