Hello, I just wanted to make sure everyone reading this understands this is just my experience with this company. Let’s start off by saying I wanted to work with this company because of their amazing customer service and amazing artist team. I was in awe when I sent in my graphic and they sent me my quotes with proofs. This made me want to work with then forever, however when I received my pins they were not up to quality. I ordered 400 pins 100 of each design that I had and more than 65% of my pins where damaged, not done correctly and a C grade pin. I paid about $1400 for my order I spent that money for quality products and didn’t get it the first round which now has pushed my launch date back another 5-6 weeks. The company did say they will redo my order, I am still waiting on confirmation from them. So to everyone placing an order please remind them quality is important for you and your customers. If you’re not happy with your work most likely your customers won’t either. It’s important that we make sure we stand by quality for customers who are spending their hard working money on our art.
I ordered pins that were inspired by sloths and my favorite character from NBC. I appreciate how fast the responses were to my corrections/comments. They worked with me and provided a beautiful product of great quality. My Lil Rag Doll sloth pins are so cute and I'm super impressed with them. I definitely recommend!! 👍

My pin in currently in production. I sent some free clip art from the internet along with some scrawl on it with what I wanted (along with some notes) and the absolute artist they have on staff made it into something I am proud of. I had the idea on Thursday and my pin is ordered and on the way to production on Friday. 1 day. From clip art to fabulous.
