Airlines Group Travel Reviews

We had a group of 21 flying internationally. We went through this agency because of the positive reviews. 5 days before our flight, I went on American Airlines to check something and it said that our booking was canceled. We immediately called Heath to find out what was going on. He spent two days giving us the run around and we ended up having to get a refund and spent more than $6000 more for our flights. There was never an apology or an explanation about what happened. He never took ownership for what he did wrong. It was the absolute worst experience!

Zen was excellent in securing hard to find tickets for my group within my budget. He was able to get the itinerary we wanted. He was very responsive. Travel was easy and well organized. Would highly recommend working with Airlines Group Travel!

Thanks a lot for your reactivity and professionalism ! I was able to receive proper quotes for a group travel in a very short period. I recommend !

Heath was the agent that assisted me in purchasing group flights. He was so patient and worked diligently to get us exactly what we needed. He even had someone contact me on his day off to reassure me that my flights were being worked on/figured out.

Heath was a great help at booking numerous Airline tickets quickly and at a great price. He was quick to answer and very friendly!
