other than the amazing software itself, i found their customer care staff the most helping and kind, always providing prompt solutions to my concerns, the subscription is economical as well. It was nice having this kind of tool. I hate micromanagement, and i dont blame the conpany either. But having the tool makes your life easier and can easily jump from one stuff to another. Plus, the customer service rep. are very kind and responsive.
