Truly a 5 star experience from beginning until end. Ryan was the person that first contacted me and was there every step of the way after the first initial call. The process was really smooth with no hiccups. To be honest I didn’t have to do much after the application process as Ryan handled everything for me in such a professional way that I didn’t think service like that existed anymore. Really really pleased and cannot thank Ryan and the team enough for what they did for me. It felt like he went above and beyond and it won’t be forgotten quickly. Thanks very much Accept car finance and especially Ryan. If you are thinking about getting yourself a nice car then go no where else but Accept car finance and Rix as they will really look after you and most importantly get you the car you need at a price best suited for you. 5 star service, no doubt about that one. Very pleased with the team at accept car finance.I rang in on a saturday after seeing a Audi A4 black edition and by wednesday It was delivered to my doorstep in newcastle .I would like to thank lee for a smooth process and colin in aftersales.The screen inside the vehicle wasnt working but as promised colinn from aftersales got a new screen arranged to be fitted for me from the dealers.Overall excellent customer service from start to finish and any of you folks looking for a car on finance this is the company that could have your dream car on your drive in a matter of days even if you have been struggling else where .I will be defiently be recommending to family and be returning in the near future for an upgrade.Thanks again lee and colinn and rest of the team. Once the sale was confirmed, they lost interest when problems arose, until a rejection was implied. not happy

i was unable to get finance anywhere in Northern Ireland due to bad credit and thought i would give Accept a go as a last resort within seconds of clicking a car and entering my details my phone rang and i was told by Mike Jolley that he would sort my finance within the hour and true to his word i had the finance and paid the deposit on the Tuesday and was told the car would be delivered to my address in Northern Ireland by Friday afternoon when it arrived it was immaculate inside and out i rang Mike to thank him and the rest of the guys n girls involved with such a friendly and reliable sale HIGHLY RECOMMENDED hope to use again in the future many thanks MIKE AND THE TEAM. Sales staff are a bloody joke won’t even process a application in my partners name which it has being through before I’ve had many cars from them before and they won’t even answer the calls or emails to me won’t return anything just can’t be bothered can they are a disgrace joke wonder if there bosses would like to know that they are turning away business
