I have recently completed my second paediatric first aid course with ABC and Graham and have been very happy with their service. I have recommended them for the last 3 years to others who require a course and will continue to do so.

Graham was brilliant. He taught everything at a great pace in a very relaxed and friendly environment, which put everyone at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would recommend to anyone!

This is the Third time I have done my first aid with Graham the course is very thorough and interesting but he makes it really enjoyable . He brings a wealth of knowledge and I always enjoy the participation and group discussions. I would highly recommend Graham and his team.

This is my third first aid course with ABC and once again, it didn’t disappoint. Graham and Richard delivered the content of this course in a fun and friendly manner whilst remaining professional and keeping it educational. COVID procedures were put in place, with masks, hand sanitising & social distancing. Tea, coffee and biscuits available too. I will definitely book again.

He supplied me with lots of useful covid related information beforehand and followed all the guidance to the full. This is the 3rd time I have booked my first aid course with ABC, this time (March 2021), was a little different as I went while we was still in lockdown!. Graham sent out a long list of all the requirements for the course to go ahead, less people on the course, so we was able to have lots of room between each other. Masks was worn, hand sanitises everywhere, we had our own cpr dummies and wipes. Windows and doors open. All in all I felt very comfortable being on the course, much nicer doing face to face courses. Thank you ABC you did a excellent job.

Just finished my second paediatric first aid course with Graham. A bit different this year due to the pandemic but it was made very safe with only 7 students, our own dummies and social distancing. As always Graham mix the course with lots of fun but also serious learning, with help from Richard too often course. Will see you in three years time. Couldn’t recommend you both highly enough

I have done a few first aid courses with Graham and I cannot highly recommend him enough. He makes you feel very welcome, explains and discusses everything in detail and if your unsure of anything he makes you feel comfortable enough to ask where he is more than happy to give more information to make things clearer to understand in your head. He makes learning fun. The price of the course is very reasonable. I will always ensure from now on that I will continue to book my course with Graham.

Great course, Richard and Graham were very informative and engaging with all who attended. It was completed with COVID restrictions in place and I fell at ease with everything. We all wore masks and had our own individual dummies. They made the course fun and I thoroughly enjoyed it whilst learning and renewing my certificate. Would recommend!

Excellent, informative training given in a fun and engaging way. I completed mine during current Covid restrictions and felt very safe at all times with everyone wearing masks, the use of individual dummies per person and smaller classes. Highly recommend. Sara

This is the second time I have completed my first aid course with Graham. The course was very informative at the same time very enjoyable with a team effort from Richard! I was also very comfortable with all the covid restrictions they had put into place to make it safe for everyone. Will definitely carry on using abc kick-start in the future! Sarah

I completed my 1 day paediatric first aid course for nannies this weekend. I want to give Graham along with Rich credit for providing such a great informative course even with Covid restrictions and government guidelines in place. They ensured that all attending were comfortable with the procedures in place, understood all material and allowed sufficient time for each of us to ask any questions we had. All of this was was done whilst maintaining a fun and enjoyable course whilst being the professionals they are. Tea and biscuits were also provided to help us through the course. I have completed my last 3 or 4 first aid courses with ABCkickstart training and will continue to do so in the future, as I know I will enjoy the day/course and will always come away feeling confident I would be able to administer first aid where/when required.

I have been attending first aid courses for years. This was my first one that I had to fund privately as I no longer work for the local borough. Amazing experience! Great tutor, Graham, who loves Guinness, but did not have any on the day! Good sense of humour. Due to COVID-19 all the government guidelines were adhered to. We all social distanced during the course. Each of us was given our own manakins, pads to kneel on the floor and wipes. I think the manakins were gender neutral :) Presentation was spot on. New information relating to giving first aid in the era of Covid-19 and lockdown was provided. Tea/ coffee and biscuits were available for all. Request to the team. Next time please have some chocolate hob knobs for attendees with sweet tooth or if you have a good budget, a Margarita pizza would be awesome during lunch! :) End of session test was very professional and worth doing it as it was a recap of what we had learnt on the day. Overall 5 stars to course tutor and respective providers. 4.5 stars for biscuits!
