Great product, did what I needed

Placed an order for a small much needed tool which was only £3 but paid £8.15 for delivery as was stuck on a customers vehicle and needed the specific tool to continue. Item failed to arrive so I emailed the company, got a reply saying they would look into it but that’s as far as it went. I’m now going through the process of claiming the funds back through my bank as no further help from this company. Obviously my sale was too small and insignificant for them to be concerned. Will never use again and will also make sure all my staff are aware not to place orders here in future.

The product ordered was out of stock but I was notified with a telephone call which was a great help. It then became available a week later as promised and was duly delivered.

Urgently needed one pack of multipanel flooring. Ordered from Andover where item appeared to be in stock. Wanted to collect same day and was assured that, unless advised otherwise within next hour, this would be OK. I waited an hour and set off (from Somerset). 3/4 of the way there I was told that I'd have to collect from Basingstoke instead, so I carried on. I was then told that the only available stock was in Edinburgh, so delivery was arranged but I'd had a 120-mile wasted journey. Delivery subsequently arrived on time, but that was two days later than needed, and it came from Bridgewater, which I could easily have collected from in first place. Manager apologetic, but I still had to pay delivery cost. Not impressed!
