My tutor was hands on and ready to assist whenever needed. The course was affordable with an easy to pay payment plan set up for individuals to use. The learning period was seamless and updates were provided on time to ensure I was keeping track of my progress. It was a wonderful experience learning from them, I'll definitely recommend
The course was informative and engaging, and potentially could help to save someone's life. The tutor, Charmaine, was excellent - knowledgeable, clear and concise and she delivered the information effectively and with empathy and humour.

Course study was well clearly explained to me prior, questions were clear and with my work advisor Charmaine, she was there always through messages and phone calls to advise me through the studies. On 5th of November 2024 I had the pleasure to participate in the class running by Charmaine Sherwin about First Aid The class was the best ever training session that I had as a carer . The way that she explained the CPR is amazing . I found this class extremely helpful and informative. She stood still for 7 hours and explained how the first aided should deliver help and support Thanks for the opportunity Sarah Roberts

The tutor is very thorough and gives you constructive feedback for every module. You are also given enough time to complete your assignments. You set your own pace of study that is helpful if you are on a full time job. Observations of your work are done and they take note of everything you do on the job hence evaluate you completely giving you a complete picture of your performance. That is very helpful. The fact that an independent body also evaluates your work before they certify you adds that final touch to the completeness of your work.
