I have finished my NVQ 3 diploma level 2 in adult care. At the beginning, I was struggling getting familiar with my laptop and on how I was going to go through it. But with the help of my tutor Charmaine, everything went out smoothly, she made it easy for me, making sure i was on the right track Always there for me when I needed help. I completed the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care. My assessor was friendly and knowledgeable and although I didn't need a lot of support, whenever i reached out for help, she was able to support me pretty much straight away, my workbooks were signed off within 48 hours of submission and IQA'd in a good timely fashion too. I would definitely recommend this company for your diploma and training needs!
