Der Kauf von Bitdefender VPN war nicht so einfach. Nach der Bestellung und Bezahlung erwartete ich einen Link zum Download der Software. Der kam aber nicht. Erst eine E-Mail an den Kundendienst beschrieb die Vorgehensweise mit Bitfender. Das war sehr umständlich, was aber hauptsächlich Bitdefender zuzuschreiben ist.

Wie schon so oft, war die Lizenz von 2Go-Software sehr günstig (nur ca 1/3 vom Preis des Herstellers). Noch besser wäre es gewesen, wenn bei der Installationsanleitung der Hinweis darauf gewesen wäre, dass die Software mit der alten Lizenz erst vom PC deinstalliert werden muss.

Once installed i was a bit worried about it being a legitimate code, but nothing to worry about, it worked like a dream, no issues! What also put me at ease, I found they still have my 4 year old backup of some other software that totally forgot I bought from them last time! So i know they are here to stay!
