rubbish customer service!

Very easy to do on line, thank goodness.

The buying experience of the Breakdown cover was easy. The most delightful was that there are contact numbers for both enquires and claims. This means speaking to a person, instead of a bot.

Easy to set up, good value for money. However I can not yet comment on the actual service.

I found the succinct description of the benefits offered at each level of subscription, to be excellent. The prices offered were Very good and the offer to reduce any excess I might be charged by my car Insurer as a result of an accident, by £250 for a small one off payment, seems like good value.

Great service but didn’t realise I was on auto renewal and didn’t receive and email before renewal. Luckily their prices are so competitive it didn’t matter and I was happy to go with them again.

Process very quick and easy. No awkward questions. Just sign up and go.

The policy provides everything that I required for a third of other policies that are available. It was easy to set up, options that are available are made clear.

2Gether has provided the breakdown cover that I need at an excellent price. It was all arranged quickly and easily so I am able to say that I have never had better service than this from any other provider (and I’ve been with quite a few over the years).
