Car broke down on the way to holiday.
Our car broke down when we were travelling to our holiday destination. I had to wait 20 minutes for the phone to be answered and then asked to find a garage who could take the car by myself. After I managed to find some and after another 20 minutes wait for the call to be answered I was advised to find someone who would open the height restriction barrier as we broke down on a car park. I was unable to get hold with the company operating the car park, we were frustrated, tired after 7 hours of drive with 4 kids and a dog so I had to emergency join another company who helped us out. We were abandoned. Waste of time and money.
