It's just so unusual in nowadays to have polite, organised people in the business related to money. I exchanged everything very smooth and fast (1 working day). It was the very first time I used 1654 service, so I was a bit nervous to send money, that's why I asked about dates and times and got very polite response without waiting it (i was a victim of scam a few times so it was critical for me to have responses all the time).
